Please note: orders may take longer than usual to be despatched. 1st class orders will be sent via 1st class service, however processing times will remain the same. 

Delivery (UK)

Delivery is £2.99 for 2nd class Royal mail and £3.99 for 1st class Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery is £6.99.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 3-5 days of purchase. When the goods are dispatched, we will immediately send you a confirmation by email. 

We send all our goods by Royal Mail and for larger parcels by UPS. Goods are insured up to the point of signature (in case of recorded delivery) at the designated address, and you should ensure that delivery is to the correct recipient.

International Postage

International orders will take 7-10 days for delivery. All goods will be sent by International Royal Mail small packet. The postage costs are as follows:

Orders under £20
Europe small packets - £2.99
International small packet - £3.99

Orders over £20
International Signed-For - £6.99

You can make payments via Paypal or Google checkout. For more information about Paypal please visit the Paypal website. Paypal allows payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Registration takes minutes to complete, all you need is a valid email address and your card or bank details. However, you can still pay via paypal with your credit/debit card without signing up. 
How to add an item to your shopping basket:
Once you 'add to basket' the item will be added to your shopping basket. You can then view your shopping basket, remove any items and have an option to continue shopping or to proceed to checkout. If you chose to continue shopping, the options to 'view your shopping basket' or 'proceed straight to checkout' will be available at the top of each page.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, for any reason, we will refund you, as part of our 30 day no quibble money back guarantee. Note, we are unable to refund the actual cost of postage (this may be more than the postage paid at checkout). 

Return the item un-used in its original condition by Royal Mail and remember to take out extra postal insurance to cover the value of the package in transit if it cost more than £50. This cost should be met by yourself.

Please note it can take up to 7 working days for payments to be refunded. 

Due to shortage of staff, it may take longer than usual to issue refunds. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Damaged Goods:
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, this should be immediately reported to Royal Mail Customer Services on 0845 7740 740 and to ourselves by email: Contact us by Email. Please keep all packaging materials for examination by the Royal Mail and remember to include your order number in any correspondence. These items will ordinarily be replaced free of charge.
