Where are you based?
We are based in the UK.

How do you purchase an item?

Buying an item is very easy. Browse through our categories and once you have picked your item, simply chose the relevant options and add to basket. Once you have added the item to your basket, you can either view the basket (which will appear on the top right of the page) or go straight to checkout, where you can proceed to the next step. 

How much is postage?
Postage to the UK is £1.99 for 2nd class royal mail, £2.99 for 1st class royal mail.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via secured shopify payments provider.

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are despatched within 2-3 working days. When you sign up for an account, we will inform you every step of the way to ensure you are kept up to date with the status of your order. If however, the item is out of stock, we can offer and alternative or we will inform you as soon as possible in case you would like a refund.

Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, you can order without signing up for an account however, it is recommended so that you can keep track of your orders. To open up an account with us, please click 'Account' and then 'Create account'.

How do I create an account?
To open up an account with us, please click on Sign Up.

What should I do if I want to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours. Any cancellation made after 24 hours is not guaranteed.

Are your products real silver?
Yes, all our products are solid sterling silver. Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals.

Are the gemstones in your products real?
Yes, all our gemstones whether semi precious or precious are all genuine.

Are your 9ct & 18ct gold items plated or filled?
No, all of our gold jewellery is solid throughout. It is not plated or filled.

Do your items come boxed?
Queen of Silver items come boxed in a small generic gift box. All branded jewellery comes with its own branded packaging as shown.
Alternatively, we offer gift boxes from £1 in our Treasure Gift Box range. We have many different sizes and styles to choose from. 


What if I do not like my item(s)?
Don't worry, we have a no-quibble return policy which allows you to return the item within 14 days of purchase and as long as the item is in a saleable condition we will refund your payment (less postage). This does not apply for personalised jewellery. Also, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any earrings.

Do you post internationally?
We currently post to most of Europe, USA, Canada and Australia. If you are interested in placing an order but are not in any of these countries, please contact us.
